Cervical Radiculopathy is pain resulting from damage or compression on nerves originating in the neck. The cause can be herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, arthritis or trauma. Most people describe this type of pain as a pain
that spreads into the arm, neck, chest, upper back or shoulders in a specific nerve pattern. The symptoms may also include pain, numbness, tingling, burning or weakness in the effected arms and hands. Cervical radiculopathy is best
treated with activity modifications, physical therapy, medical management and cervical epidural steroid injections.
